All gifts are custom-made when you order, then printed and shipped to your door.

Designing a gift takes under a minute:

• Open YouStudio from your dashboard
• Type a short idea (e.g. "mom as a superhero", "our cat as an astronaut")
• Optionally upload a photo for face reference
• Our AI generates your design across all six products in seconds
• Pick your favorite, choose product variant (size/color), and check out

No design skills required — type your idea and we handle the rest.

Production and shipping times (estimates, not guarantees):

• Production: 2–7 business days (your item is made to order)
• US shipping: 3–8 business days
• Europe: 5–12 business days
• Rest of world: 7–21 business days

We ship internationally via major postal and courier networks. Tracking is sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Because every gift is custom-made for you, personalized items are final sale. We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or subjective dissatisfaction with the design.

We will replace or refund if your item arrives:

• Damaged in transit
• With a manufacturing defect
• As the wrong item or variant

Yes, but only before production begins. The cancellation window is short — usually within one hour of placing the order. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number if you need to cancel.

Once an order is submitted to production, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Yes. At checkout you can enter a different shipping address for the recipient. By placing a gift order, you confirm you have the recipient's permission to share their name, address, and phone number with us and our fulfillment partners for delivery.

Our AI Comic Generator creates instant comic pages from your photos and story idea. It's a fast, self-serve tool that puts your face inside the story.

Steps:

• Upload a clear photo of a face
• Describe your story and pick an art style
• Our AI generates panels with the face integrated into the scene
• Edit captions, speech bubbles, and regenerate pages as needed
• Download your finished comic

For the best face integration:

• Resolution: at least 512×512 px (higher is better)
• Lighting: even, well-lit, no heavy shadows
• Angle: front-facing or slight angle; avoid extreme side profiles
• Expression: clear, visible facial features
• Background: simple backgrounds work best
• Format: JPG, PNG, or WEBP

• Single panel: 30–60 seconds
• Multi-panel page: 2–5 minutes
• Full comic (multiple pages): 10–30 minutes
• Concept art: 1–3 minutes

Times may be longer during peak usage.

Yes. You can edit dialogue, captions, and speech-bubble text, and you can regenerate any page that doesn't hit the mark. We're continually adding more customization options.

Concept Art turns your character into merchandise-ready promo imagery. Think of it as seeing what your hero would look like as a collectible or product render. Available formats:

• Action Figures — posable figure designs with accessories
• Collectible Statues — dynamic poses as detailed statues
• Vinyl Figures — adorable big-head versions
• Custom — describe any product or rendering style

YouTokens are credits that power the AI Comic Generator and AI Concept Art tools. Each generation consumes tokens based on complexity.

• New users receive free starter YouTokens
• More complex generations use more tokens
• You can purchase additional tokens anytime from the Pricing page
• Tokens never expire

No. YouTokens are only for the AI Comic Generator and Concept Art tools. Personalized gifts (mugs, t-shirts, posters, etc.) are purchased per item at checkout — no tokens involved.

YouToken purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Tokens don't expire, so any credit you purchase stays in your account until you use it.

Yes, regularly. Promo codes can be redeemed from your dashboard. Follow us on social or subscribe to the newsletter for the latest offers, seasonal campaigns, and new-user bonuses.

No. Uploaded photos are used only to generate your content (comics, concept art, or gift designs) and are not shared publicly. Reference images are handled confidentially and never used to train broader AI models.

For gift orders, your design and shipping details are shared with our print-on-demand fulfillment partner solely to produce and ship your order. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll process the deletion. You'll get a confirmation email once it's complete.

Before requesting:

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• Remaining YouTokens will be forfeited
• Past Physical Product order records may be retained as required by tax and consumer-protection law
